Where is Verlo based?
Verlo is proudly based in Melbourne, Australia. Every order is packed and shipped from our local studio, with each piece designed in Australia.
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Australia only — but we’re working on expanding soon.
Is Verlo jewellery waterproof?
Yes. Our pieces are water, sweat, and heat resistant, made for everyday wear. To extend their life, avoid harsh chemicals and dry with a soft cloth after getting wet.

Will it turn my skin green?
No. We use hypoallergenic, high-grade stainless steel and 18k gold PVD plating — no irritation, no green marks.

Can I return or exchange my order?

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
If your item has a manufacturing fault or arrives damaged, email us at support@verlo.co within 14 days. Include your order number, a description, and a clear photo.

Do Verlo pieces come with a warranty?
Yes. Every piece comes with a 6-month warranty for manufacturing faults (excluding wear and tear or accidental damage). Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
Can I return a sale item?
Sale and clearance items are final sale and can’t be returned unless faulty.
Do Verlo pieces come in gift packaging?
Yes. Every piece arrives in a Verlo-branded jewellery box, ready for gifting or safe storage.
We also include a free ring sizer with your order (maximum 2 per order, even if you purchase more than 2 products).
