Warranty

  • Every piece comes with a 6 months warranty from the purchase date.
  • If your item is manufacturing faulty or breaks within this time, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.
  • Please note, the warranty doesn’t cover everyday wear and tear, accidental damage, scratches, loss, theft, or any fading caused by exposure to chemicals or improper care. (please refer to our care guide)

6 Months Warranty Policy

All Verlo jewellery is covered by a 6 months warranty from the date of purchase. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase, as it will be required for any warranty claims.

Covered Under Warranty

  • Manufacturing faults not caused by wear, accidental damage, or misuse.
  • Plating or finish issues we determine to be a production fault.
  • Broken or snapped items due to a confirmed manufacturing defect (replacement offered once the faulty item is returned).
  • If your item has a manufacturing fault or breaks within this time, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.

Not Covered Under Warranty

  • General wear and tear or natural oxidisation of metals over time.
  • Damage caused by improper care, including contact with perfumes, lotions, or harsh chemicals.
  • Scratches, dents, fading, or tarnishing caused by use or exposure to chemicals.
  • Loss, theft, or discarded jewelry.
  • Allergic reactions to metals (each item is clearly described for its base material).
