At Verlo, every piece is carefully checked before it leaves us. Your order is packed with care and comes in a Verlo-branded gift box, perfect for storing your jewellery when it’s not being worn. All orders are prepared and shipped from our studio in Melbourne, Victoria.

Processing Time

All orders are packed and shipped within 24 - 48 hours. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on the way.

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping (2–6 business days): $8 AUD, free over $100
  
• Express Shipping (1–3 business days): $15 AUD
  

Additional Info

• All orders are shipped from Melbourne, VIC.
  
• We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
  
• Delivery times may vary slightly due to carrier delays, weather, or public holidays.
  
• Verlo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
• If a parcel is returned to the sender due to failure to collect or provide correct delivery information, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of re-sending.
